Redding Expungement

Privacy notice

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This notice explains how the Law Office of Andrew H. Dougherty (“we”) handles information you share through reddingexpungement.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms or by email or phone: for example, your name, email, phone number, and general information about your case. We don’t sell personal information. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Cookies and Google Ads

This website uses the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement, so we can see whether our ads lead to inquiries. Google may set cookies in your browser for this purpose. We don’t send the contents of our forms to Google, and we don’t sell personal information. You can opt out of personalized ads through Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

We use it to review your eligibility, reply to you, and, if you hire us, represent you. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Our email and phone services are provided by Google Workspace and Google Voice. These providers process information only to deliver those services.

Confidentiality

Sending us a form or email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please don’t send confidential details until we have agreed in writing to represent you. Even so, we treat what you send with care and use it only to respond to you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete or correct information you sent, unless we must keep it for legal or professional reasons. California residents may have additional rights under state law. Contact info@reddingexpungement.com or write to Law Office of Andrew H. Dougherty, PO Box 1063, Palo Cedro, CA 96073.
